Hi, I’m Chris. Raconteur. Shutterbug. Bookworm. Mediocre guitarist. Frequent audience member. Bon vivant. Lover of cats, dogs, birds, squirrels, and turtles. Wordle enthusiast. Austin Film Society member. Alamo Drafthouse Season Pass holder. South Austin expat living in North Austin.

Believe it or not, I almost died at The Happiest Place on Earth. I’m what they call red-green colorblind. I frequently sit next to famous people in restaurants. My doppelgΓ€nger lives in Frankfurt, Germany. I provide support services to a cat named Monkey. I only set my kitchen on fire that one time.

Words people have used to describe me: kind, smart, funny, creative. Someone once called me a short king and I loved it (I’m 5’7” btw). Be warned, even though I’m not a Dad, I rock a Dad bod and tell Dad jokes. Please no kids though.

Personality-wise, Myers-Briggs says I’m ENTJ-T (The Commander). When I took the Enneagram test, it was a dead heat between Two (The Giver) and Three (The Performer). According to the Internet, I’m best matched with INTPs, ISTPs, ENFPs, INFPs, ENTJs, INTJs, Ones, Threes, Fives, Eights and Nines.

My attachment style is 0% avoidant, 88% secure and 75% anxious (my therapist and I are working on that last one). If you care about love languages, I’ve been told I excel at words of affirmation and giving gifts. I personally value quality time and physical touch.

I’m only looking for something serious and I hope you are, too. My person is out there and she’s compassionate, intelligent, funny, affectionate, and a genuinely interesting person. Similar interests are great, but so is being exposed to new things.

If you’re up for a date after reading the above, we could go look at some art, take a cooking class, throw some axes, do a cheese tasting, paint something, play mini golf or get trapped in an escape room.
